"Probably won’t order from here again"
My delivery showed up late, it’s not even about that as much as how frustrating the whole process was. I tried reaching out for help, but the support wasn’t great and didn’t really make things any better. Just didn’t feel worth it in the end.

"Stock info could be more reliable"
I ordered a jacket that was showing as in stock, but the next day I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available anymore. It was a bit frustrating, especially since I’d already paid and had been expecting it to go through without any issue.

The refund did come through fine, which was reassuring, and the website itself was easy to use. I’d probably still shop there again, but I’d feel better if the stock levels were kept more up to date or if there was clearer confirmation before payment

I ordered online for click and collect and it was ready the next day, so that part was fine. I went in thinking it’d be quick, but, well, the staff took a while to find my order, so I ended up waiting around longer than expected. The item itself was good once I finally got it. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I thought it would be.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered a hoodie from superdry.com and thought I’d be waiting a bit longer, but it turned up in about 2 days. It was packed properly, the tracking was simple, and there was no hassle at all.
I was especially happy because I needed it for the weekend, so it was such a relief when it arrived in time. Little things like that make a big difference, and I was genuinely really pleased with the whole experience.

I had to return a hoodie because it was too big, and the whole process was simple. My refund showed up after a few days, so that was good. The only thing I’d say is the updates could’ve been a little clearer, but overall it was fine...

Well... I bought a hoodie and a pair of joggers from Superdry, and they started looking worn out after just a few washes. The stitching on the pocket began coming loose, and the fabric went bobbly really fast.

For what they cost, I expected them to last a lot longer. I’ve had cheaper clothes hold up much better, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Just doesn’t feel worth the money.

I ordered from abroad and was expecting it to arrive a bit faster. The tracking updates were fine and easy enough to follow, but the package still showed up later than I thought it would. The clothes themselves were in good condition, so no complaints there — I just wish the shipping had been quicker

Checkout was straightforward, and I liked that I could choose between PayPal and card. My sister was helping me order and even she said it was easy enough to follow. The only thing I’d improve is making the Klarna option a little more obvious, but overall I had no issues paying.

Compared to similar things I’ve bought before, the tags and overall quality didn’t line up with what I expected. "I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this because it looks great, but the fabric felt scratchy and stiff right away. For the price, I expected something much softer and easier to wear day to day. I reached out to support about it, and the response made me feel like it was somehow my fault for expecting it to be more comfortable, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s nice to look at, but I wouldn’t choose it for regular wear

"Refund is taking forever"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting frustrating. The confusing part is that one email says one thing, but the status seems to say something else, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. I just wish they’d make it clearer and process it already.

"Packaging felt careless"
I ordered a hoodie the way it arrived didn’t feel right. It was just shoved in a thin bag that was already half ripped open, with basically no protection at all. The edges of the hoodie were dusty too, which made it feel like nobody really took responsibility for making sure it got to me properly. For the price, I don’t think it’s too much to expect decent packaging and a bit of care. It just came across rushed and careless, which is disappointing

"Still waiting on a real fix"
I had a problem with my order it felt like customer service wasn’t really looking into it. The replies I got seemed copy-and-paste, and I never got a clear answer or an actual solution. I ended up waiting days and came away feeling like nothing had been sorted. Maybe I expected more from Superdry, but the whole experience was really disappointing.
